Barralates™
Barralates™ is a workout that combines cardio, dance pilates and ballet moves while utilizing your own weight as a resistance tool. It tones your muscles, increases flexibility, strengthens gluten, arms, legs and torso, corrects your posture, burns fat and improves endurance.
Our instructors are Barralates™ certified.
What props are used?
Balls, small hand weights, bands, and bars.
